The site processes navigation data (IP addresses, technical logs) collected automatically during browsing, and data provided voluntarily by the user through the contact forms or by email: name, company name, email address, telephone number and any other data entered in the message.
Data are processed in order to respond to requests for information and quotations, to manage commercial and technical relationships, and to comply with legal obligations. Providing the data requested in the forms is necessary in order to follow up the request: without it, no reply is possible.
Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, on compliance with legal obligations, and on the legitimate interest of the controller in managing relationships with customers and prospective customers.
Data are processed using electronic and paper means, with security measures appropriate to preventing loss, unlawful or unauthorised use and unauthorised access. Data are retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and in compliance with statutory time limits.
